unexpected charge

    I wanted to buy start udipsedhain.com and start my blog. I was thinking I had a 1st yr free then $18/yr after that deal. I saw a $5.98 for 1st year and $8.99/yr starting 2nd year at the Namecheap deal. Though Namecheap is cheaper, I had used WordPress back in day, I wanted to use this to create my blog so was trying to register here. However I see that udipsedhain.wordpress.com seems to have been registered, Idk how and it was asking me to pay at the first already while trying to purchase udipsedhain.com. I did not intend to have udipsedhain. wordpress.com
