Unexpected charges on credit card!!!! HELP

  I had 2 charges appear on my credit card statement from wordpress, and I can’t search for it on WPCHRG.COM because it’s charged in sterling pound not USD$. There just seems to be no way of actually speaking to someone about what this charge is for which is very frustrating! I submitted a ticket request and have heard nothing.
