Unexpected domain mapping renewal charges – how? why? can I get a refund?

  I’ve been charged $13 for domain mapping renewal, but I don’t want to renew it, can’t see it in upgrades to cancel it, and can’t work how to turn off the auto-renewal if it is on.

  I have refunded the domain mapping renewal for andrewandsamanthagetwed.net and removed that upgrade from your account. You will not be charged for this upgrade moving forward.
