Unexpected error

Hi,

I can’t have access to my site, because clicking on My Sites, I get an error message: ‘We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred’. Literally I cannot do anthing on my site. Could anyone help me, please?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello!

Sometimes due to some browser issue, you face such kind of problems. I recommend you to please clear the browser cache by following steps given in the link https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Also try using different browser.

Thank you! Yes, I have cleared the cache, and the problem is still present. Although, in Internet Explorer there is no such problem, so it has to be a Firefox issue.

(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which Firefox browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

@miafeliratok are you using any extra browser extensions or plugins? Also if you wouldn’t mind, please get a screenshot and upload it to your media library, then update us here.

Thank you, I have found the problem. It was the Adblock plus plugin. I have disabled it, and it works perfectly, thank you.

unexpected error occurred shows up and I tried emptying cache and resetting safari. using version safari 5.1.10. I can see my blog and past posts but can’t add a new one. Any help would be appreciated, thank you,

Hi @michaelfenzl, since @miafeliratok’s “unexpected error” was resolved by disabling the Adblock extension, if that does not work for you, can you start a new thread here?

Thank you for responding Supernovia, I actually fixed the problem by downloading google chrome and not using safari. Doing this fixed a few issues I was having so you can leave this post up or delete it. Thanks again.
