unexpected error

Hi, I am trying to edit a page on my site (https://wordpress.com/page/a-simpler-life.co.uk/212). The theme has just been updated from BLOGUM to TWENTY TWENTY THREE. When I click on the box to change the layout to Blocks (previously all Classic) I get an angry upgrade pop-up followed by the page crashing with Unexpected Error. I have cleared the cache, none of the other pages have done this.
Any ideas how to stop this happening?

Yesterday I couldn’t get into either, today is the same. I have cleared the cache but no joy.
    Any ideas?

  • Hi there – I believe part of the problem is that the page was originally built using custom styles that are no longer present on your site. What you can try is removing the custom styles following to see if that prevents the page from breaking when then converting it to blocks like your other pages. Let us know if that works for you. If you continue to run into issues or errors, be sure to grab a screenshot of those and share with us here as well. Talk soon!
