Unexpected Error Article

    Hi,
    I get an unexpected error when i try to edit an article or write a new one (in the editor). Behind the Window that says “An unexpected error occured” i can see error messages that say:

    Warning: substr() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /www/htdocs/w0171351/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/qtranslate-x/admin/qtx_admin.php on line 784

    I get 5 of these warnings with different lines. I dont think that its a problem with the plugin of the warning because a friend of mine, who is also admin of this site has no problems with the editor.

    I already tried different browsers and also my laptop but nothing worked and so I cant edit articles at the moment. (I also cleared the cache)

    I hope somebody can help me (btw sry for my bad english).

    Hi there!

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    That error stems from the qTranslate plugin. I would recommend reaching out to their support team to see the solution for that specific error. You could try deleting and reinstalling the plugin first, but note that you may need to reconfigure those settings if you reinstall it.
