  Hi, I’m having trouble accessing my site – each time I click to +Write I get this message – ‘we’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred’. How can I fix this?

  What about adding a new post from https://wordpress.com/posts/redearthstudioblog.wordpress.com, are you seeing any error messages as well?

  There is nothing wrong with the site so, what you’re experiencing is likely due to some browser issues. I’d recommend to first clear the cache. You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

  If that does not help, try using a different browser, does that help? What browsers have you tried?

  Thank you. I have sorted it with your help. I always use Safari as my browser but gave Chrome a try and it worked no trouble. Thanks so much!
