  I found unexpected payment in Feb 20. Could you explain how it was happened?

  You can check the payments and purchases under “Manage Purchases” section:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  There is no history of payments under the account you are contacting us from.

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
