Unexplained WordPress Charges

    I was charged $322 in January in addition to monthly charges which I have no idea what they are for. How do I find any billing information?

    These sound like a Business plan and custom domain renewal, however, there are no sites under the account from which you’re writing us here so the subscriptions must have been purchased using a different account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
