Unfollow a blog

I’m logged in. I see in my reader the blogs that I am following. I see settings to manage notifications. There is no green check-marked button indicating that I am following a blog and which I can choose to ‘unfollow,’ not even on the blog page of the one that I am following. I am also receiving email notifications of comments which I have selected to not receive.
