  How do I ‘unfollow’ an email-only follower on my blog?

  i.e. how do I ‘block’ them access to my blog?

  I know they can manually access my blog because it is public but how can I stop posts and page notifications being automatically sent out to their email addresses, if that is what actually happens. I am referring to email-only followers who appear registered on the stats part of my blog. I am new to wordpress so I am not exactly Steve McConnell or Scott Meyers!
