Unformatted – wordpress pages, dashboard and posts

All WordPress.com sites, pages — the dashboard, these forums, and my blogs — are currently appearing unformatted in Chrome, IE and Torch — latest versions of each and yes I have cleared caches. I used to log into wordpress use the dashboard and up load images and text and my post was published. Nothing too complicated. At present am unable to do anything at all.I look forward to your help someone’s help. Thanks

There’s no known issue I am aware of.
In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/
(a) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

4. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.
5. Try using another browser.
6. If you are not successful let us know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/
(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state. -

I have spent a bit of time on this and am wondering what I am doing wrong.
I have followed all your requests.
Checked all browsers – I have all the latest versions.
IE 10 Firefox 29.
GOOGLE CHROME Version 34.0.1847.131
third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled
enabled HTTPS
downloaded new Flash.
My computer is a HP Pavilion G6
I use Public Wi Fi- connected to where I live
All pages except the log in page for wordpress have no formatting.Dashboard no formatting and inability to enter information into anything especially – to create a new post.
My BLOG is unformatted when viewed in all the browsers I use.
I have cleared browsers Cache memory.
My friends BLOG’s are also unformatted when viewed from my computer… But when they look at mine and their own they are formatted.
Ahh so it is me. What do you suggest I do? Thanks for your help in advance.

It was my connection and the inability to upload java updates – it seems. Everything is formatted and wonderful!
Went down to the coffee shop and downloaded new javascript updates and hey presto.
I would like to thankyou for your help and support! wonderful. When you come here I need to buy you a coffee…… yeah. Happy BLOGGER!Cheers
