Unhandled NaN error

  I have a free version of 6.0 on a MacBook pro. I am getting the NaN error when I try to create a new post. I downloaded 6.15. WordPress says to backup my site before installing the update. I can’t find a way to do that without upgrading to a paid plan. What are my options?

  The site I need help with is btremble.wordpress.com.

  I understand that you’re referring to the WordPress desktop app, is that right? Updating the app wouldn’t affect your content – that’s stored on our servers, not in the app, but I’m curious where and when exactly do you see this message? Can you confirm the address of the site you’re working on?
