Unhappy client regarding Yahoo update permission!

  I am not happy with the app you use giving access to my Yahoo updates site. This gave permission for your site to send information regarding my blog? The email that went out, had no information about the site, blog etc and send garbage that left me with a ton of emails telling me my account had been hacked! Unhappy person

  What is the name of the app you’re referring to?

  Are you referring to Publicize sending your published posts to Yahoo! Updates, found in Settings -> Sharing? (You can disconnect Publicize from Yahoo! Updates on that page.)

  When you publish a post, it pushes out an update to any enabled services on that screen to notify your followers there of new content on your blog.
