    I am so confused on why I have had difficulty making my website. I have received errors trying to change my theme. The domain name was incorrect. I also was on a monthly plan and I checked my back account and saw you charged me the full payment. You advertise 2.95 a month??? I am about ready to cancel my subscription and go somewhere else. I haven’t been a customer for 24 hours yet. Can I get a refund?

    The site I need help with is box5934.temp.domains/~jenarati. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Godaddy. To get help you must contact Bluehost support.

    You bought a WordPress hosting plan from Bluehost, to run the open source WordPress software, made on WordPress.org, on their servers.

    The forum you’re posting to now is for WordPress.com, a completely different hosting provider. Your site is connected to your account with us through the Jetpack plugin, but it’s not hosted on our servers, and you haven’t purchased anything from us.

    You’ll need to contact Bluehost support for help with refunding your hosting plan with them.
