unhappy… not what we signed up for

  we purchased a domain (deadheadsfirearms.com) on blue host and then tried to use word press to design the website.

  what we have is a blog with the address (deadheadsfirearmsdotcom.wordpress.com)

  please help fast.

  You’ve confused wordpress.com, which is this site, with the wordpress software that you will build your site with at bluehost. These are two entirely different ways to use wordpress software.

  Here’s what to do: Go to bluehost and sign in. Search their support for “install wordpress” and follow the instructions to install the wordpress software within your domain.

  Then you can build the site in wordpress in the right place. Any content you have created here at wordpress.com can be exported out of here and imported into there. Bluehost support should have good instructions on that or you can open a ticket with them or ask on their forums. But this forum has nothing to do with using wordpress at bluehost! Good luck.
