unhappy of wordpress and disappointed

    hello,
    I want to be refunded of money i paid to wordpress. I didn’t no the tech support and my english is to bad to go on with wordpress. I paid 96 euros and I want to be refunded.

    Hi @nicole75116, I’m sorry to hear you did not have an excellent experience.

    I can see the refund was already sent. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement. If you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
