Unhappy with VideoPress

    I just bought video press to move away from using vimeo and youtube on my website… but the quality isnt great and I didnt get the extra 10GB like i saw promoted on the website. Is there a way I can RETURN the video press feature? Or transfer it to another blog of mine?

    I have no use for it on the blog i purchased it on now.

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry you’re not happy with the VideoPress upgrade. If you can point me to one of the videos that isn’t high enough quality, I’d be happy to take a look and see if that’s something we can fix for you.

    If you’d like an extra 10GB of space for your uploads, that’s actually a separate upgrade. You can learn more about that upgrade here: Space Upgrade

    And if you’d prefer to cancel the upgrade, you can do from your blog’s dashboard, under Store > My Upgrades. Next to the VideoPress upgrade, you can click the “Cancel and Refund” link within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You can also use the “Transfer to another site” link on that page to transfer it to one of your other blogs.
