Howdy andyetheregoi!
You will need to purchase a domain from a domain purchasing site then follow the directions at https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/wp_install.
Every WordPress.com account has a “domain.wordpress.com” domain. You get rid of the “.wordpress” part of the domain by upgrading to a Personal Plan or higher. If you have bought a domain from WordPress.com, you can transfer the domain following the instructions provided at https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/.
Feel free to ask if you run into any problems with transferring a domain.
