uninstalling a theme and starting over with same theme

    I need to find out how to uninstall the storefront theme and reinstall it so i can use it again but start fresh i have been stuck for 2 days on this theme as i cant get my categories to show on the main page like it did when it was first installed as i think i deleted something and have no clue where i was when i deleted it please help. Following these instructions did not help me at all it did not bring the theme back all fresh and for me to start fresh it came back where i left off i just need to get my categories back on the front page URG HELP
