Uninstalling WordPress site

  I have created a free WP website which created mydomainname.wordpress.com. I realized that I wanted to go through my hosting account. I need to uninstall my domain name.wordpress account to do this. Can I delete my domainname.wordpress. com account or uninstall my http://www.domainname.com? I want to go through my channel.

  Account deactivation is the permanent thing if you are done with WordPress account then you can shut it down.
