Unintended Mass Reformatting

After editing the most recent post I hit the update button and went to the home page. What I found was that all of the other posts were reformatted into some other format. I attempted to fix one, but the format change was not put in place. This is a major problem and I do not know what to do.

I’m not seeing any difference between the latest posts and older posts. Did you get this issue resolved?
