unintentional unwanted subscription

    the plan was sign up and the following payment processed ID invoice : [redacted] transaction Id : [redacted] I cannot find out what account did authorise this transaction on my credit card, I can’t ask for a refund and I can’t even manage my subscription plan in order to unsuscribe. If I try to sign up with the email where I’ve received the payment notification I cannot have access and I cannot recover password. It looks like a fantastic autommatic machine to get payments but not to manage accounts… I don’t even make any use of jetpack it is not installed on my websites.

    I tagged this with modlook so Staff can remove the transaction ID and invoice ID.
