uninvited followers

  We set up our blog as private and invited all the people from our group…many have signed up. But we are also finding emails on our followers list that we do not recognize? how is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  On which list exactly do you see this? What are the email addresses?

  Note that on private sites, someone on your Followers list won’t be able to see your posts unless they are also in your Viewers list:

  https://wordpress.com/people/viewers/indivisibleksq.wordpress.com

  So if they followed your site before you set it to private, they won’t be able to see it any more. Someone can only appear on the Viewers list if you or another admin on the site sent them an invitation.
