Fastservers.net has both an abuse email and several phone numbers:

Thanks Mark and auxclass
I called LayeredTech and was informed that the process begins with an email and then a member of the abuse team will call in about 45 minutes. I have sent the email.
Thanks for the continued tips.

Oh and raincoaster, I may have to resort to that after I of course do a full feature post on Harley Davidson. LOL!
-
The host is Layeredtech and they contacted me and said it looks like a newsfeed to them.
I didn’t respond to that, I instead filed an official DMCA complaint with them and sent Mr. Maddy a cease and desist letter.
If I wasn’t wasting so much time this would actually be fun.

It isn’t a newsfeed. Newsfeeds do not include the entire web page design with header and sidebar and such.
-
If all else fails, I always admired this execution for outing content stealers:
http://www.socialsignal.com/blog/rob-cottingham/bookmark-devil-readers-please-enjoy-our-stolen-contentAs thesacredpath noted, you can edit that post to reflect the fact it is being scraped/stolen/iframed.
Best of luck, dude.

Success!! My content has been removed from his site. Thanks to everyone for the tips and the links.
@telltenfriends
Thanks for that, I’ve bookmarked too.@thesacredpath
I think there are only two settings. One to show the post title and the other to show the title and a small summary of the post. Mine is set to the latter. I knew when the Layeredtech rep called it a feed the nice guy approach was over. Thanks again.

You’re welcome, and he either didn’t know what a feed really looked like, or didn’t bother to check the source code. If he did, he would have seen that it was an iframe of that single post page. That isn’t Fair Use. Not even close.
I knew you would prevail.
