Unique Display Name on posts for different blogs

    I have setup more than one blog, because they are focused on different topics. I noticed that my posts to all of them have the same display name. While searching the Support and Forums, the only information I could find stated that a blog owner cannot have a different display name for different blogs that are created under the same account. This information was from 2008. So my question is:

    Is it still impossible to define a display name for each blog created under one account?

    What you would have to do is to create how ever many unique accounts (username/password) you need, each requiring a unique email address, add them as admins to the appropriate blogs, and then sign in and post under that appropriate username for that blog.

    Alternately after you set up those usernames/passwords and add them as admins (or authors or whatever) and then when signed in under your original username you can assign the correct author in the author module on the post editor page. If the author module does not show up, go to the screen options tab and select it.
