Unique Views

Add topic to favorites
I know WP does not provide information on unique views. Does anyone know if there is a product available that will provide this information? I’m looking for something that could look at data over the past 3 years and provide a complete historical summary for my blog. Thanks in advance for any help.

Stats as such can’t go back and get something they are not told to count. However this is your lucky day, Quantcast is built in to most WordPress.COM sites (or at least Quantcast is invited in)

See: http://www.quantcast.com/crabbyoldfart.wordpress.com

That is your only option for history other than the page views built into your blog.

There are a couple of free third party counters that do record uniques.

I’ll look into those out as well. Do you know off hand if Easy Counter will allow you to back further than the prior year?

I think auxclass is correct in thinking Quantcast is what you will have to use. These little unique counters seem to be very simple ones that don’t do what you are looking for because they haven’t been installed on your blog for the past 3 years. Sorry I steered you in the wrong direction. :(
