University of Arizona Faculty Death

  Hi WordPress, I’m one of the IT Managers at the University of Arizona. A colleague of mine was killed months back and his family and the university is ready to organize and work on his digital life (email, websites, etc.). We’d like to keep his websites online and update them with the information of his death. We know he has at least 2 sites that we are aware of with you and we’re wondering how we can go about giving access to his family so they can update the sites and either continue paying for your services or archiving their current state. We hope you guys can help. Please let us know what you would need from us. Thanks.

  When a WordPress.com site owner passes away we notify WordPress.com about a deceased user and use the Account Recovery Form.
