University use of word press

  Hi there,
  UTS has asked us to sign up for uni purposes, however I think I have set it up wrong as it is asking me to pay a monthly fee. So I was wondering if you could please close my account without the 30 days of not being able to make another one under the same email.

  You can downgrade your plan to the free option by going to the Manage Purchases section in your account linked below:

  Hi there,

  You already have a site with us on the free plan, and haven’t been charged for anything.

  If you’re seeing a notice that there’s an uncompleted purchase in your cart, just click on that and remove the paid plan from the cart, and the notice will go away.
