  help! i’m new here in wordpress, and i don’t have other authors yet in my blog. but suddenly my imported posts, which i saved under the name “arwen”, are appearing with sugar plum fairy as the author. i don’t even know who that is. what happened?

  I would say send a Feedback from your Dashboard and WordPress.com should be able to sort it out soon.

  You don’t have that listed as a nickname on your Dashboard -> Users -> Your profile page, do you? Or anywhere else on that page?
