Unknown charge

  There is an unknown charge from WordPress on my debit card for $51. Can you help understand what this is for? Why was I charged? Please call at [redacted] asap. I have tried calling you but the call will not go through.

  Wordpress.com doens’t have phone support, so you must have been calling someone else. A Staff Member will contact you soon, in the meantime you can check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  Yes, if you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

  However, a $51 charge doesn’t sound like it is from us. Please let us know if you find the charge.
