  I’m trying to figure out what a charge is for but this page has a jquery error https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  I did try it in chrome and edge desktop and safari mobile. The console says jquery undefined. I couldn’t even get the links to work. Thanks for the link.

  Hi there,

  It can be the case that your cache/cookies or extensions on your current browser are causing difficulties in this case, as that is an error message I have never heard of before.

  What if you try a different browser? For example if you are using Chrome, does the page load if you try Firefox or Internet Explorer (Edge) instead?

  You an also contact billing support directly here which is our backup form. It is on wordpress.com, and not wpchrg.wordpress.com, so it may work instead.
