Unknown charge

  Hi. I received a $48 charge that I have no idea what it is for. I’m pretty sure I cancelled my account. I no longer use WordPress so I’m very confused.

  Billing section to see on product you got charged for.

  If you wish to cancel it
  You can cancel your plan via Purchases. Click the button to Cancel below the plan details. Follow the prompts to cancel your plan.

  Hi there, since this relates to a billing charge, I’ve also gone ahead and tagged this for Staff as mentioned in our Volunteer Guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-com-volunteers/#when-to-call-in-staff

  However, you should be able to find out about that charge by entering the requested information at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
