Unknown Charge From wpchrg

Hello,
I have an unknown charge from wpchrg on my credit statement for $299. I did not authorize this charge, and I can’t find what account it is associated with to cancel it. I logged into the couple of accounts I know could be associated with me, and they all say that I am on the free plan and have no billing history.
I did sign up for a trial account a few weeks ago, but I cancelled the upgrade the same day so that I wouldn’t get this charge.I need this charge refunded, thank you in advance for you help.

It does sound like @timethief ‘s theory is right and that this charge was for the renewal of a WordPress.com Business plan.
There aren’t any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com account you’re writing from, however, and I’ve therefore sent you an email to gather some extra details. If you can reply there, I’ll be happy to help track the charge down in our system. Once I’ve tracked the charge down, I’ll be able to help with a refund.
