Unknown charge from WPCHRG.com

  Hello, I recently found an unknown charge for 99$ from WPCHRG.com. I understand that address is linked to you.

  I am registered with the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I also forgot my password and the reset-password email doesn’t send.

  I had no intention to upgrade my blog to premium nor I was never asked about such thing. in any case – I didn’t authorize such charge.

  I would like to get help in both things –
  reseting my password for (email visible only to moderators and staff) and receiving a full refund.

  The email addresses are apparently hidden so the username I need help with is vertoapp.
  verto-app.com isn’t a wordpress.com site.

  Email address’s are redacted for the public but the staff can see the email address
