Unknown charge? No account, refund charge?

  Hi i was charged by wordpress and i don’t have an account. How can i get the charge refunded and cancel the account it is associated with? Note: i do not have an account, so i can’t check billing history in wordpress or log-in to confirm account info, i only see the charge on my bank’s payment history. Please help!
