Unknown charge of $198

    I hope everyone is safe and well.

    I was having trouble finding a way to contact WordPress directly about a payment dispute, so here I am. 😅

    My credit card was charged $198 for a service that I did not purchase. I checked my different WordPress accounts and none of them have the $198 reflected in the “Active Upgrades” or “Billing History” sections of each account.

    I read another post here about a user who filed a dispute with the bank first which prevented WordPress from issuing a refund, so I’m posting here before contacting my credit card.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

    I don’t see charges on this account, but can you go to wpchrg.com and fill out the secure form there? That will give you the site name and let you contact billing directly.
