Unknown charge on account?

Hi guys, I have been charged $84.00 for an unknown reason on 2nd Jan 2021. Reference is [redacted]. Last 4 digits on card is [redacted]. [redacted] is full name. I tried to use your wpchrg website but it isn’t working for me. Why have I been charged this? I do NOT pay for a website. Please refund me.

That charge was for the renewal of a two-year Blogger plan on the site, palettezine.home.blog, first purchased on 1 February 2019. Does that sound familiar?
If you log out of this account and log back in as the account you used to create that site, you’ll be able to cancel that plan for a full refund of the renewal fee at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
If you’ve lost your login details for that account, you can use the transaction ID from your statement descriptor in our account recovery form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery to verify your account ownership, and someone from our team will follow up via email to help you regain access.
Or if you don’t care about regaining access to that account and just want a refund, let uf know.
