unknown chargeback issue

I have some kind of chargeback thing on one my sites which is private. I can’t seem to find a way to figure out where it came from or how it happened. I certainly don’t want to have it happen again. Can you provide information on how I can figure out what is going on there?

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

Thanks so much for the fast response. I guess that is good to know. Now I realize I probably should have mentioned this before, the issue is that as I navigate around my dashboard, the following message keeps popping up and the only option is to pay, but I don’t know what it is that happened that I need to pay and if I select the pay option that doesn’t seem to give me any information as to why either.

Not sure what you need the screenshot of exactly, so I made it restrictive, but here it is. Not sure what you mean about accounts. It is showing up in the account I’m signed in to. As far as I know I only have this account.

Ah, ok, this makes sense now.
The chargeback was filed on https://eliassenagileblog.wordpress.com but it was filed by the other Administrator on the site, not you.
In order to restore functionality on the site, that other Administrator would need to pay the chargeback fee.
If you no longer want to be a part of that site, as an Administrator, you can remove yourself by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#removing-users

Making progress… :) Yeah, I don’t work there any more. Not for years. So…. it says “There was an error retrieving users” :) Perhaps I’ve been removed but not entirely!?
