Unknown credit card charge

I have an unknown charge on my credit card from wpchrg.com. I have no upgrades that I can get a refund for and I do not understand why I have this charge on my credit card. I have not even been actively using this account. I want to know why I have this charge and I want it removed from my credit card account.

Hi,
I’d signed up for WordPress premium about a month and a half ago. I signed up for a two week trail initially and then kept the account because I was under the impression that I will pat £70 in monthly installments. To my surprise I checked my bank statement to see that I have been charged the full amount of the 28th December. I feel it is a little misleading and was wondering if it’s possible to refund a sum of the money and pay in monthly installments instead.

There are no monthly installment payment plans here at all. We pay for all upgrades in full at the time of purchase. There are no references at all to monthly payments in the support docs or on the page you used to set up the 14 day premium trial so you cannot have been misled.
From Details and Terms:
You can try any participating upgrade for a 14-day trial period, at no charge.
You will be asked to provide payment information when starting the trial, but you will not be charged until the 14-day trial period is up. If you cancel before the period is up, you will not be charged at all.
We will send you an email reminder one day before you will be charged.
You can cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time, request a refund and also disable auto-renew.
