    Please I was debited on the 24th of march, 2020. please I want you to cancel and refund it me please

    I don’t see any transactions on your account for 24 March.

    You had a premium plan and domain with us which were renewed on 20 March, but you cancelled those on the same day and we issued a full refund for that payment. You can see receipts for the renewal and refund in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    For what amount was the charge you’re seeing on 24 March, and did you receive any email receipt from us on that date for a purchase? If you received a receipt, what is the URL of the site referenced there?
