Unknown Domain Payment

    Hi, I’ve just had an email notification that there is a payment set up for kiralcurtis.com via paypal from wordpress, however I don’t remember setting this up as I was changing my site name. My wordpress account doesn’t appear to say there is a domain set up with it either. Please can I halt this payment? I do plan to set up a domain but not yet.

    Hi there:

    The domain kiralcurtis.com has already been registered and is under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into.

    The domain was originally transferred to us in July 2020 and has been renewed every February since then. The most recent renewal payment went through earlier today.

    To access the account that owns the domain and if you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch.
