Unknown email address

When i try to log into my WordPress it says unknown email address!
PLease HELP!!!
I tried to migrate from one.com to hostinger.com and it got lost somewhere!
Now it shows like I do not own a website and never have. all my work has dissapeared. -

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

Did you try to get in touch with one.com or hostinger.com support already?
