Unknown Error – Corrupted webpage

Hi There, I purchased a personal plan for my wordpress site, downloaded a theme, installed plugins, and was editing my site a few weeks back. I went in to my home base just now to add some more updates and none of my info is available. Every tab on my dashboard throws up an error, unable to retrieve x, and my plans show that I have a ‘free plan’, even though I know I paid for the personal plan. Please help!

It’s not possible to install plugins or custom theme on sites here at WordPress.com
