I was recently put in charge of our blog which is wordpress. I recently installed a few malware detection plug-ins and now the blog is down.I cant log in. The message I get is:
Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required ‘/data/24/2/145/1/2308327/user/2535843/cgi-bin/.php/sessions/sess_bd12f7214c05c05fddd6590e533fd827′ (include_path=’.:/usr/services/vux/lib/php’) in Unknown on line 0
I just found out that it is on a shared hosting account with Network Solutions. Who do I contact for help? Did we pay for this wordpress? I can’t tell.
