unknown landing page???

  Sorry if anyone has asked this before, but I’ve done a search on this site, and can’t find a single reference to my question.

  My question is this: What the heck is visitor arrived on “Unknown landing page” mean?

  I know what a landing page is, but how could they arrive on an “unknown” page? All my pages have titles!

  Is it that they clicked onto my blog, but then clicked right off, or does it mean something entirely different?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site linked to your username is not a wordpress.COM blog – in fact is isn’t a wordpress blog at all. If you are talking about a wordpress.COM blog we need a link to it.

  Not everyone is a computer geek yeah? Reality check. :)

  Anyway, it’s a simple case where I didn’t realize it. I’m tired, I’m hurting, not in the best of health,+ and I’ve had to sit at my desk at work all night, talking with stupid ill-mannered, nasty pieces of American trash on the phone. I didn’t blinking notice, sorry.

  But, it doesn’t matter which one, really. It happens on all both my WordPress blogs with a feedjit widget–the visitor comes up as coming on to an “unknown landing page”….I just want to know what the “Unknown” in the “Unknown landing page,” might exactly mean?

  (In other words, just asking for a translation of “unknown”)

  Don’t know about the member thing! That’s a bug in WordPress, apparently, nothing to do with me. I’ve been a member (I think) since 2008, maybe 2007?

  It matters INTENSELY, as the answers for WordPress.com blogs differ from the answers for WordPress.org blogs, and they have entirely separate support forums. If you could change the link on your username to your WordPress.com blog, you will not run into these questions in future.

  Your blog here is http://davidtennantsdoctor.wordpress.com with no “www” in it. It has to have the http in order to be clickable. And I have to post it that way in order to click on it in order to answer your question.

  It looks like you have no POSTS, and your blog consists entirely of static Pages. Not sure if that’s related, but if you had a Post or Page and deleted it, and there were already links to it from an outside site, then that’d give you the Unknown landing Page thing.

  Did the “unknown landing page thing happen on this blog http://davidtennantsdoctor.wordpress.com ? If not, which blog did it happen on?

  http://davidtennantsdoctor.wordpress.com/ is virtually clean of errors on the main page and I see nothing that should have caused that kind of error.
