Unknown payment

  Hi WordPress team,

  A payment was taken from my PayPal account on 30/10/19 for £36, however I can’t find any evidence of having authorised this. I have checked, and there is no receipt for any payment in my WordPress account profile, nor any upcoming payments. I have a free plan.

  I assume this was a mistake, but can I please request a refund, as I do not believe I authorised this payment.

  Alternatively, please could someone direct me to a method of contacting WordPress about this away from the online forums.

  Please follow these instructions to retrieve the transaction ID associated with that purchase:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receipt

  Then send us that transaction ID using the following form and we’ll contact you privately:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Thanks for your response. I have just entered my PayPal transaction ID using the form provided.
