  Hello, I was charged by wordpress to my bank account for an unknown purchase and I don’t even have an invoice.

  The site I need help with is [only visible to our staff] (email redacted). It is neither hosted by WordPress.com nor equipped with Jetpack. This site is not owned by my WordPress.com account.

  If you got a charge from wordpress.com, you can check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  As staartmees explained, you can use your information on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to see what the charge was about. You’ll find the option to contact us on that page so that we can look into it further to locate the account where the transaction took place.
