unknown purchase

    hello

    There’s been an unknown charge on my credit card. I’m guessing it’s for my wordpress commerce website… but I don’t have a domain for it anymore.

    if it is for wordpress commerce wordpress I would like a refund so i can ‘downgrade’ it.

    Correct account: Yes

    Was the payment amount $30.13? I see that you had a Professional Email subscription on automatic renewal, which was renewed on November 1, 2023.

    You have since canceled the plan, and a refund has been issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Your bank/credit card may take 7-10 business days to process the refund.
