  Hi

  i have received an email that you have charged me $238.80 USD for renewal … but i dont know what this relates to.

  i dont even believe we are using the site anymore.

  my username shows up as not existing but you have sent me an email confirming the username.

  I need assistance.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
